OceanCall Terms of Service

Welcome to OceanCall. These Terms govern access to and use of OceanCall websites, software, booking tools, and related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the lodging property or business using the services.

Services

OceanCall provides hospitality software tools for direct booking, guest workflow, payment integrations, calendar coordination, reporting, and related operational support.

Merchant of record and payments

Properties remain responsible for guest charges, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, reservation fulfillment, and disputes. Payment features may be facilitated through third-party providers such as Stripe and Stripe Connect.

Third-party integrations

OceanCall may integrate with booking platforms, payment processors, email providers, calendar tools, hosting providers, and other third-party services. We do not guarantee third-party uptime or accuracy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services unlawfully, interfere with system security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape the platform, or facilitate fraud or deceptive practices.

AI and automated features

AI-assisted or automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.

Data ownership

Customers retain ownership of their property, reservation, guest, and operational data. OceanCall uses that data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OceanCall is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost bookings, business interruption, data loss, overbookings, or third-party failures.
